Students at VMPS are considered to be film professionals in training. Our goal is to help students develop "Set Sense"; and guide them to develope a professional attitude toward their careers in film, the working environment and their co-workers. Developing Set Sense is a crucial part of your training at VMPS. A film shoot is very similar to a military operation with a definite hierarchy, crucial logistics, rhythm and ultimate teamwork. The ability to work fluidly with other members of the class is a direct reflection of the student's potential as a filmmaker. Our most successful graduates have always been team players from the get-go.
